Privacy Policy

The short version

Sigamos is a workout accountability app. We collect what’s needed to run it: your account, the workouts and activity you choose to share from Apple Health, and what you post (check-ins, comments, voice messages, incentives).

Your workout data is visible only to you and the partners you accept. We don’t show ads, we don’t use trackers, and we never sell your data or use your Health data for advertising or marketing.

This policy explains how Antonio Martinez (“Sigamos,” “we,” “us”) handles information when you use the Sigamos iPhone app and the website at sigamos.cloud. Questions? Email netbooee@gmail.com.

Information we collect

Account information

Apple Health data (only with your permission)

If you allow it, Sigamos reads the following from Apple Health. It never writes to Apple Health.

You can change what Sigamos can read at any time in the Health app (Sharing → Apps → Sigamos) or in iPhone Settings. Workouts you delete in Apple Health are removed from Sigamos the next time it syncs.

Things you create or share

Information from your device

Sigamos does not collect your location, contacts, or advertising identifier, and it does not use third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

How we use information

Apple Health data is used only to provide Sigamos’s fitness features. We do not use it for advertising, marketing, or data mining, and we do not sell it or share it with data brokers or advertisers.

Who can see your information

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run Sigamos. They process data on our behalf and only to provide their service:

ProviderWhat forData involved
Supabase (hosted on Amazon Web Services, United States)Database, sign-in, and file storageAll account, workout, and content data described above
Expo and Apple Push Notification serviceDelivering push notificationsPush token and notification text
ResendSending sign-in code emailsEmail address and the code
Apple, and Google if you choose itSign in with Apple / Google; Apple Health; TestFlight beta distributionAs described by Apple and Google

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the safety of our users or the public.

Storage and security

Your data is stored in the United States. It is encrypted in transit, check-in photos and voice messages are kept in private storage and shared through short-lived links, and database access rules limit each person to their own data and their partners’. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell you about a breach as required by law.

Keeping and deleting your data

We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete individual items at any time: workouts you logged by hand, check-in photos, comments, and voice messages. Workouts from Apple Health are removed when you delete them in the Health app. Removing a partner stops sharing between you.

To delete your account and all associated data, email netbooee@gmail.com from the address you sign in with (or tell us how you sign in). We’ll delete it within 30 days. In-app account deletion is coming soon.

Your choices and rights

Children

Sigamos is for people 13 and older. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has an account, email us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date above, and for significant changes we’ll let you know in the app or by email.
